🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of local development codes, standards, and permitting processes.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry design software.
