Civil Engineer Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead land development projects from planning through design, managing scope and schedule.
• Serve as primary client contact; maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee and coordinate engineering teams and subconsultants; manage scope creep.
• Lead site development plans, reports, calculations, and permit applications.
• Review and approve designs to ensure codes and client requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams; monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• PE license in California, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software; knowledge of local codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build client and public agency relationships.
