Civil Engineer Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and responsive relationships.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of engineering teams, subconsultants, and support staff.
• Lead the preparation of site development plans, reports, calculations, and permit applications.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4 or more years of related experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience with Transportation Municipal Work, and/or Land Development (commercial or
• Strong knowledge of local development codes, standards, and permitting processes.
