Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for land development projects
Perform calculations for grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities
Collaborate with multi-discipline infra team on civil engineering, procurement, and construction
Coordinate permits with local, state, and federal agencies for land/utility projects
Manage field civil work: quality control, conflict resolution, contractor coordination
Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and cost control reports

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related
2+ years civil technical experience with construction
Pump design, storm water management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis
Understanding of electrical, piping, geotechnical, surveying disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PE or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license
