🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related
• Substantial professional experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, tender
• Strong ability to interpret construction specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems across multiple trades.
• Proficiency with Excel or LibreOffice Calc, including formulas, unit conversions, and budget
• Confidence working with lengthy PDF documents and structured data.
