Civil Estimator / Project Manager

📋 Description

• Plan & Spec Review: Thoroughly analyze civil site development, utility, and demolition
• Takeoffs & Cost Calculations: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and calculate labor
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor bid boards and market sources for relevant
• Proposal Preparation: Develop accurate, competitive, and timely bid packages and proposals from
• Solicit, compile, and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and
• Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–4+ years of hands-on civil estimating experience (specifically focused on Division 2 /
• Deep understanding of site prep, grading, concrete/foundation removal, utility installation
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze civil and architectural drawings independently without
• Comfortable using digital tools. Experience with Google Drive is required; familiarity with
• Business-level English fluency (both written and verbal) with strong client- and vendor-facing
• Highly self-motivated with a track record of juggling multiple concurrent estimates and project
