Civil Project Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and deliver civil projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
• Assist with scope, budget, and schedule; prepare deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design quality.
• Support business development to win future work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered PE in WA and/or OR
• 5 years of civil engineering experience
• Experience in utility design, grading plans, site development
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required
• Experience in Western Washington
