Civil Project Engineer - Stormwater

📋 Description

• Perform calculations, field work, task coordination, mentoring, and client management.
• Plan and execute tasks and small projects.
• Lead the design on large and complex projects.
• Identify follow-on work and pursue opportunities with project/senior staff and clients.
• Adhere to budget and schedule; anticipate issues and pursue solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in municipal stormwater design.
• Arizona P.E. license required or ability to obtain; P.E. in other SW states a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in municipal stormwater design, construction, and operations.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining good client relationships.
• Experience with proposal development, cost estimating, and determining specifications.
• Interest in business development efforts is a plus.
