Civil Project Engineer - Transportation

📋 Description

• Design and deliver land development, public works, utilities, and transportation projects.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare engineering calculations and analysis to support design decisions.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with the team.
• Mentor engineers-in-training and drafting technicians.
• Review surveys, maps, and as-built drawings.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered PE in the state of Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• 4–7 years of public transportation design experience.
• Experience in roadway, stormwater, sanitary sewer, grading, MOT.
• Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; mentoring experience.
