Civil Project Manager - Municipal Projects

📋 Description

• Lead projects from planning through design completion
• Manage client relationships, project teams, and technical execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Utilities, Construction Management, Parks & Recreation, Landscape Architecture)
• Supervise technical staff to ensure delivery
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
• Engage in business development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering or related
• Registered PE in WA and/or OR, or able to obtain within 6 months
• 1+ year hands-on project management experience (roads & utilities) with public agencies
• 5+ years in public works transportation projects
• Mentoring civil engineers and EITs; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D/Bentley Open Roads
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads experience; cost estimation
