Civil/Structural Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead project team and contractors end-to-end
• Develop and issue drawings, design docs, reports
• Perform civil/structural design for steel/concrete
• Write, negotiate, manage contracts through close-out
• Manage civil/structural aspects of projects
• Interact with contractors, fabricators, owners, clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• 1+ years in design or build of structural infrastructure
• Preferred: PE license
• Knowledge: AISC, ACI 318, ASCE 7, IBC
• Experience: AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, RISA-3D
• Understand building permits processes
