🎯 Requirements

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 7+ years designing civil and structural systems for data centers, industrial, or other
• Working knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI 318, the AISC Steel Construction Manual, and IBC, backed by
• Fluency with ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, or similar structural analysis software, and AutoCAD Civil 3D or
• Experience working directly with geotechnical engineers, contractors, and construction teams
