🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical customer service, claims management, claims adjudication
• An active adjuster license is preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex claim
• Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve customer concerns, and exercise sound judgment while
