Claims Adjuster (Remote Contract)

📋 Description

• Adjust assigned desk claim files through resolution in accordance with applicable claims-handling
• Request appraisals, estimates, cause & origin reports, and various other reports to assist in
• Communicate with customers using their preferred channel (phone, text, email, mail).
• Review estimates and reports and issue payments as owed under the policy contract.
• Adjust claim files with high quality, including ample documentation, regular diary entries, and
• Write exterior estimates with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years experience adjusting P&C Insurance claims.
• Must possess an adjuster license.
• Experience in homeowners, condo, or landlord insurance is required.
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 3rd party claims and 1st party litigation is a plus.
• AIC and/or ARM is a plus.
