📋 Description

• Interpret insurance policy wording, determine applicable coverage, and establish appropriate
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle moderate to highly complex claims through telephone, written
• Manage claims in accordance with established policies, procedures, best practices, and applicable
• Maintain thorough and accurate claim files, ensuring documentation supports decisions and
• Resolve claims within personal settlement authority and follow appropriate guidelines when matters
• Establish clear customer service expectations, take ownership of customer concerns, and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Accident Benefits, Bodily Injury, Property Claims, Underwriting, Sales, or another
• Completion of a CIP designation, or a demonstrated interest and willingness to pursue the
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess claim strengths and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
