📋 Description

• Client advisory: support and advise on claim reports
• Empathy & expertise: provide support and insurance guidance
• Claims management: maintain open claims files
• Vendor liaison: main contact for unresolved issues
• System administration: upkeep of claims docs system
• Process documentation: create/review internal guides
• Client advocacy: advocate for clients throughout claims
• Proactive problem solving: anticipate and prevent issues

🎯 Requirements

• Licensing: valid provincial broker license; RIBO preferred
• Commercial insurance experience: 2+ years
• Claims background: 2+ years of direct claims experience
• Soft skills: empathy and sensitivity in difficult conversations
• Communication: clear, simple client communication
• Detail & flexibility: strong attention to detail, flexible multi-client mgmt
• Industry designations: CRM, CAIB, or CIP
