• Assessing and triaging new Group Protection claims
• Managing end-to-end claims and decisions on liability
• Authorising claim payments within authority
• Engaging with IFAs, employers and stakeholders
• Reviewing medical evidence and next steps
• Supporting rehabilitation and return-to-work solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in claims or Group protection is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and balanced decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Understanding of customer needs and fair outcomes
• Attention to detail and workload management
