🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 7+ years of workers' compensation claims management or related experience.
  • Experience translating complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Experience with Claims Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience leading operational change initiatives, including system implementations and adoption.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and vendor software.
