📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end Claims workflow docs across Adjusting, Medical Management, and ops.
• Translates complex workflows into clear process maps and execution standards.
• Establishes and enforces documentation standards for consistency across Claims functions.
• Maintains a centralized repository for Claims workflows and updates docs as processes evolve.
• Designs and delivers job aids to support real-time decision making.
• Partners with leadership to translate changes into clear communications and adoption plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Licensed to adjust workers' compensation claims in one or more jurisdictions.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or CCMP; PMP preferred.
• 7+ years in workers' comp claims/ops; CMS experience; deep knowledge of end-to-end workflows.
• Critical thinking; adapt quickly; data-driven decisions.
• Math and reasoning: solve practical problems; interpret instructions; derive conclusions.
