Claims Director

📋 Description

• Leads the Claims Department and oversees cargo and property damage claims.
• Provides strategic leadership for claims operations, processes, and complex resolutions.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to minimize risk and maximize recoveries.
• Ensures exceptional customer service in all claim handling.
• Leads and mentors the Claims team to deliver high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, risk management, or logistics.
• 10+ years in cargo/claims or related fields.
• 3+ years leading claims teams; 5+ years preferred.
• Advanced experience handling complex high-value cargo and property claims.
• Experience with claims management systems, TMS, and ERP.
