Design and develop L&D toolkits for needs analysis and post-training assessments.
Facilitate customized training; upgrade content and delivery.
Leverage tech to boost training efficiency; include e-learning and AI tools.
Present or lead training; prep subject-matter experts as presenters.

🎯 Requirements

Education: HS diploma or bachelor's degree.
Certifications/Licenses: CA adjuster license or ability to obtain within 9 months.
Experience: 5+ years in insurance claims; 3+ in adjusting.
Supervisory experience a plus.
Technical skills: MS Office/365 and vendor software.
Familiar with e-learning; able to analyze data.
