Claims Learning and Development Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Claims L&D team; create scalable content.
• Collaborate with Claims leadership to address lifecycle training needs.
• Design and develop L&D toolkits for analysis and post-training assessments.
• Facilitate customized training programs; upgrade content and delivery.
• Leverage tech to boost training with e-learning, interactive tools, and AI.
• Present or lead trainings; prepare subject-matter experts as presenters.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: HS diploma or bachelor’s or equivalent.
• CA designation and workers' comp adjuster license, or ability to obtain within 9 months.
• 5+ years in insurance claims adjustment; 3+ years in training; supervisory experience a plus.
