Claims Learning and Development Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead the Claims Learning team; create scalable training content.
• Collaborate with Claims leadership to address lifecycle needs.
• Design and develop L&D toolkits for needs analysis and assessments.
• Develop customized training for various adjusting roles.
• Leverage tech to improve training (e-learning, AI tools).
• Present trainings and prepare subject-matter experts as presenters.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: HS diploma or bachelor's degree; or equivalent.
• CA designation and WC license or ability within 9 months.
• 5+ years in claims adjusting or related fields; training exp.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• MS Office 365 and vendor software proficiency.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
