Claims Learning and Development Supervisor

📋 Description

• Leads the Claims Career-Long-Learning team and creates scalable training content.
• Partners with Claims leadership to address needs across the lifecycle.
• Designs and develops L&D toolkits for needs analysis and post-training evaluations.
• Delivers customized training for adjusting roles; upgrades content and delivery.
• Leverages technology, including e-learning and AI, to boost training efficiency.
• Presents or leads trainings and identifies SMEs to present on technical topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: HS diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• CA designation and workers' comp adjuster license or ability within 9 months.
• 5+ years claims; 3+ years adjusting; supervisory exp a plus.
• MS Office 365 and vendor software proficiency; e-learning familiarity.
• Knowledge of workers' comp regs; able to analyze data and trends.
• Read/understand technical docs; draft presentations; present to groups.
