📋 Description

• Direct, lead, and develop indemnity claim teams via Claim Supervisors.
• Ensure claims comply with statutes, regs, case law, and standards.
• Monitor performance metrics; drive improvements in quality and CX.
• Oversee complex, high-exposure, litigated claims and risk management.
• Manage reserving, settlement authority, and cost containment.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to spot trends and improve.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years relevant experience.
• California adjusting designation or ability to achieve within 9 months.
• 8+ years workers' compensation claims/ops with at least 3 years supervisory.
