🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with a strong
• 3–5 years of experience in claims leadership, team mentorship, coaching, or a comparable
• Strong experience in Casualty and Litigation claims adjusting, with in-depth knowledge of
• Post-secondary education is required, ideally through an insurance-focused or related program.
• Completed or actively pursuing the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use technology effectively in
