📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Claim Specialists, fostering
• Provide coaching and oversight on coverage analysis, litigation strategy, negotiation, catastrophic
• Conduct regular file reviews, performance assessments, quality audits, and performance management
• Oversee complex excess casualty claims from intake and investigation through evaluation
• Maintain claims-handling best practices and ensure consistent use of structured-data workflows and
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve automation, adjuster workflows, system

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial auto liability or casualty claims experience, including experience with
• 5+ years of management experience, with remote team leadership experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience within a carrier, TPA, or MGA environment.
• Deep technical expertise in coverage analysis, litigation management, catastrophic injury
• Strong understanding of claim reserving, investigation, evaluation, settlement, recovery, and
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with
