📋 Description

• Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end claims processes.
• Test workflows in Javelina and HRP for accuracy.
• Document new claims processes in Confluence.
• Ensure docs follow instructional design with screenshots.
• Own and manage all claims documentation in Confluence.
• Build intuitive doc structure and search taxonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years' experience in Claims healthcare (payer/TPA).
• 3 years writing process docs and training materials.
• Experience testing workflows in claims systems for accuracy.
• 3 years' experience delivering instructor-led or virtual training.
• Experience using Javelina and HRP for claims workflows.
• HRP experience highly preferred.
