Claims Specialist - Litigation

📋 Description

• Manage litigated and other complex or high-exposure liability claims through coverage analysis
• Handle claims routinely involving exposures of $500,000 or more, including complex coverage issues
• Develop and execute detailed action plans designed to move cases toward timely and cost-effective
• Build strong working relationships with panel counsel and collaborate on efficient litigation
• Prepare and present large-loss reports for significant claims and exposures.
• Establish and maintain timely, accurate claim and expense reserves in accordance with established

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling significant litigation claims, including claims with
• Proven ability to identify and analyze coverage issues, conduct thorough investigations, assess
• Strong knowledge of tort and contract law.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex litigated claims and working effectively with defense
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
