📋 Description

• Prepare pleadings: complaints, opposition to arbitration, and settlement motions.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations (mostly virtual).
• Maintain client contact, case updates, witness prep, and settlements.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions.
• Organize and manage case files to meet deadlines and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with active California Bar membership (0–3 years lit).
• Interest in employment law and/or class action litigation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy and professional growth.
