Classroom Security Instructional Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide academic support within the classroom
• Manage classroom behaviors, engage and de-escalate students
• Report behavioral concerns to appropriate staff
• Implement behavioral program policies and maintain data
• Maintain classroom order and safety, supervise students
• Respond to emergency situations and provide interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Background in kinesiology, coaching, or physical education helpful
• Experience in behavioral science or mental health tech helpful
• Security or juvenile justice background helpful
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• At least 23 years of age, flexibility to change routines
• Valid driver's license with good record strongly preferred
