Client Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high-value clients, connecting available solutions
• Develop account strategies and adoption plans to increase product usage, strengthen engagement, and
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling relevant products and services.
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key decision-makers to evaluate
• Manage complex client concerns, support requests, and escalations by coordinating with internal
• Represent the voice of the customer across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role involving relationship management, account
• Experience independently managing a portfolio of clients and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Proven ability to create and execute customer adoption plans that deliver measurable results.
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations for
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to balance urgent client requests with longer-term account
