Financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, and market benchmarking
Prepare and present reporting on demographic trends and post-implementation changes
Provide insights on network differentials and disruption
Assist with financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools
Design reports including claims, benchmarking, and benefit cost analyses
Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to drive client decisions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare fields
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to interface cross-departmentally and with clients and partners
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
