📋 Description

  • Support setup, documentation, and ongoing CMS process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years in a financial institution, customer servicing or merchant ops
  • Strong knowledge of KYC procedures and data management
  • Experience in merchant onboarding and vendor management
  • Familiarity with debit cards, SOA, and bank notice handling
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
