🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in consultative, client-facing role (healthcare, senior care, etc.)
• Ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes
• Strong relationship management skills, adapting to evolving needs
• Experience owning measurable client outcomes (conversion, retention)
• Comfort with structured systems and tools (CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
