• Oversee end-to-end delivery of services across client accounts.
• Ensure client deliverables meet quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Resolve delivery issues quickly; escalation point for issues.
• Manage the Client Onboarding Lead to ensure consistent onboarding and training.
• Manage the Resource Manager to staff client teams effectively.
• Lead the client delivery team and monitor delivery metrics.
