🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in consulting, product leadership, delivery management, or similar
• Strong hands-on understanding of software development and evaluation of architectures/trade-offs.
• Proven experience managing client engagements with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery initiatives and transform ambiguity into execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and ability to align teams around objectives and success metrics.
