  • Manage the complete new-client onboarding process from initial agreement through official client
  • Partner closely with the Regional Vice President to execute the three-part onboarding process and
  • Prepare, distribute, process, and track required client paperwork and compliance documentation
  • Establish new client profiles across internal systems and create and manage detailed onboarding

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services, client service, administrative support, or related field
  • Familiarity with financial services and client onboarding/account administration processes
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong commitment to client needs and expectations

  • Total expected cash compensation: $80,000โ€“$100,000 USD annually including base salary and annual
