📋 Description

• Lead strategic client relationships as the primary ServiceNow RM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer solutions
• Oversee growth of global accounts and deployment of resources
• Build trust across client orgs from IT to CxO level
• Develop roadmaps to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Meet financial targets for licenses, renewals, and professional services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision making
• 10+ years in client management with revenue-aligned strategies
• 5+ years as Client Director with multi-million-dollar sales and exec relationships
• Sales experience in ITSM, HR, Security Operations, or ITOM within software/IT sales
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Travel up to 50%
