Client Director - Health Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts in the Health
• Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts
• Lead virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) for
• Provide strategic leadership to clients
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
• Develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer's strategic outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
• 2+ years as Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and
• Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT
• Experience achieving sales targets
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay: $174,180 - $197,500 (plus equity when applicable)
