Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)

📋 Description

• Support global sales by completing client DDQs on time.
• Review incoming DDQs and follow SOPs, templates, and knowledge base.
• Apply pre-approved, standardised answers to client questionnaires.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to draft responses and review accuracy.
• Escalate questions outside SOP to subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented with high-volume, repeatable work.
• 0-2 years in operations, admin, compliance ops, or similar roles; fresh grads welcome.
• Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, or DDQs is a plus.
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Good judgment on when to escalate to a subject matter expert.
• Proficient with internal knowledge bases, templates, and AI-assisted tools.
• Excellent written English.
