Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)

📋 Description

• Help complete client DDQs accurately within agreed turnaround times.
• Review incoming DDQs and follow SOPs, templates, and knowledge base.
• Apply pre-approved, standardised answers to questionnaires.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to draft responses and review accuracy.
• Escalate questions outside SOP to the appropriate SME.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented; able to handle structured, high-volume work.
• 0–2 years in operations, admin, customer support, compliance ops; fresh grads welcome.
• Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, or DDQs is a plus.
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential data.
• Good judgment on escalation to subject matter experts.
• Comfort with software, knowledge bases, workflow tools, and AI tools; eager to learn.
