Join the Client Enablement (CE) team to optimize onboarding and configuration.
Ensure client accounts are ready for transactions in production.
Partner with Commercial, Solution Engineering, and Product to configure pricing.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding at scale.
Develop and manage onshore programs enabling US ops goals.
Maintain and update customer account settings and pricing across lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in payments or tech company operations.
Ability to quickly understand new products and solve problems.
Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Sciences, or equivalent.
Familiarity with JSON, API docs, or sandbox environments.
Experience with Excel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, or similar tools.
