Client Engagement Director

📋 Description

• Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation
• Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in client organizations
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals
• Monitor sales trends and market dynamics, incorporating insights into account planning and execution
• Partner in a cross-functional model with Enterprise Architecture Teams, Client Success Managers
• Communicate information effectively to diverse internal and external audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience, including accountability for enterprise client
• Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy
• Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities
• Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business
