📋 Description

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of products and services.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify process improvements and implement best
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, communicating
• Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams for smooth transitions and ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role in a fast-paced SaaS, B2B
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship skills and commitment to customer service
• Growth mindset and a continuous improvement ethos
