Client Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of products and services.
• Gather client and internal feedback to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Act as primary contact for clients during implementation; communicate status and address concerns.
• Facilitate adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams for smooth transitions and ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role (SaaS/B2B)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for building strong client relationships and customer service
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement ethos

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $115,000 - $125,000 with OTE $140,000 - $155,000
