📋 Description

• Lead executive-level engagement with strategic customers as CVP.
• Staff engagements with global Celonis teams (Servicing, Product & Eng).
• Mentor and coach teams; guide Centers of Excellence adoption.
• Drive value realization and on-time project delivery.
• Define customer strategy and Celonis delivery aligned to business goals.
• Champion transformational initiatives and customer advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in customer success or strategy consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• AI-based transformation experience is a strong plus.
• Change management and organizational design expertise.
• Ability to navigate large global orgs and persuade with data.
• Consultative approach with senior executives.
