📋 Description

• Act as accountable lead for customer success with strategic accounts
• Engage with C-Level executives to shape long-term Celonis value
• Drive measurable business impact and platform adoption across processes
• Champion transformational initiatives across Celonis and customer accounts
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery
• Guide customers toward Lighthouse Celonis status

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of customer success/strategy consulting experience
• Strong track record in large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a plus
• Deep change management and large-organization navigation skills
• Persuasive, data-driven communication with executives
• Native-level German (written and spoken)
