🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years in customer success or strategy consulting.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with logistics clients and processes.
• AI-based transformation experience is a strong plus.
• Change management expertise and stakeholder influence.
• German language native-level proficiency (written and spoken).
