📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end process reengineering for client engagement and automation.
• Identify automation opportunities and oversee RPA/AI implementations.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and global teams to integrate workflows.
• Develop business cases with ROI analysis and risk assessments.
• Standardize client engagement model for new integrations; govern processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Operations, Engineering, or IT; Master's preferred.
• Experience in process reengineering, automation, client engagement, or deployment leadership globally.
• Strong PM skills with cross-functional initiative oversight.
• Proficiency in process modeling, workflow optimization, and data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with change management, governance, and multinational compliance.
